Emergencies

In case of acute severe problems or accidents (emergencies):
As owners and guests we cannot expect the Committee or our Janitor/Caretaker to detect and deal with emergencies that impacts single persons or apartments.
Self-service: In most cases owners and guests need to reach out for relevant assistance themselves.

Many incidents also occur suddenly and outside of the office hours.

*Cost related to medical assistance (ambulance, doctor etc):
Non-residents will often need present their travel- and health insurance details, passport and NIE (if such document is issued), to get the related costs covered by their home-country government or insurance policies.
