There are three basic ways in which the owners can contact the Committee:
1) When seeing each other face to face around in the complex
2) Feedback given by owners a the doors of Committee members
3) You can send a simple email to the Committee, using this address: committee.lacolina@gmail.com.
Preferred channels
Please be notified that in order to support an efficient workflow for the Committee when handling feedback from the owners, the preferred solution is for us to handle feedback via email.
Otherwise, all members of the Committee also appreciate face to face dialogue as a supplementary contact channel.
Earlier, we used to have a web-form in which owners could post their different feedback messages. This has now been removed for information safety reasons.
Workflow for the Committee when handling feedback
No decisions are taken outside the well prepared Committee meetings.
Your message, given face to face or preferably via email will be dealt with in the next Committee meeting, so that the Committee members can focus and use time to elaborate on issues and arrive at jointly agreed resolutions and follow up actions. Results from resolutions and follow up will be shared in our Newsletters and separate Owners Information Sharing meetings.
