New easier method: Proxy simplified via email as specified below
This page is a more modern, efficient and safe alternative to the paper-version of proxy votes, aiming to support all those apartment owners at La Colina that are not present during the AGM or EGM (Annual or Extraordinary General Meeting) and find it impracticable to issue and sign the paper-based written proxy vote in due time ahead of the AGM or EGM.
Previously, we had a web-form for this purpose. It has been removed for information safety reasons and also because some owners found it difficult to complete said web-form.
The email format specified below will create the same result as if you submit the Proxy Vote form on paper, sign it, scan the paper and send it to the Administrator office.
